Polydioxanone is used for biomedical applications, particularly in cardiothoracic surgery because it is fully absorbed by hydrolysis within 4 to 6 months & doesn't create any scar tissue. The foreign body stimulates collagen synthesis & the skin structure created will hold for another 12 to 15 months.
NovaThreads are needles that are pre-loaded with a PDO thread. Simply insert the whole needle in the interstitial tissue at subdermal level, parallel to the surface of the skin & pull the needle out. The PDO thread remains under the skin.

EZ-NECK MESH is an easy and effective technique for creating a scaffold that will provide support and tighten the sagging tissues. NovaThreads Smooths are most commonly used for this kind of procedure. More difficult cases may require the use of NovaThreads Barbs to create a Lift (EZ-NECK Lift).

EZ-LIPS FILL allows for quick and impressive results in redefining the vermilion border. It's a lot easier than injecting a filler, as you have 100% certainty of applying an equal amount of product on each side of the lip. The results are immediate and last for about 3 months. The procedure is usually performed with NovaThreads Smooths. However, when looking for a more noticeable increase of volume, the NovaThreads Twists are recommended.

EZ-KNEE MESH is considered an advanced technique as the use of longer and thicker NovaThreads smooth is required. The aim is again to create a scaffolding that will in time tighten the skin over time as well as improve its appearance and tone.

The EZ-JAW Lift is used to recreate the V-shape of the face when the EZ-CHEEK MESH alone is not enough. In these cases, the NovaThreads Barbs are necessary to reposition the skin and create a subtle & delicate lift that will greatly enhance the general appearance of the whole face.
